MARTIN NO FILTER FIGHTERS TIER LIST
Ranked by frame data advantages, corner carry loops, super cancel damage scaling, and tournament matchup consistency. Here is where every Detroit icon stands in the current v13.2 meta.
Dominates the current tournament meta with an unreactable 4-frame Light Punch, low-profile slide cancels that slip under projectiles, and oppressive corner loops. Her salon sisters assist locks opponents in prolonged blockstun.
The gold standard of CPS-2 fighting balance. Robust fireball game, quick anti-air dragon punches, and when paired with Pam, commands the highest damaging team super in the entire game ("That Ain't No Damn Puppy!").
Street Fighter III 3rd Strike style universal parries allow Dragonfly to negate all chip damage on reaction. High mid-screen reach with erratic nunchuck swings and an 18-hit unscaled Secret Flurry super.
The newest v13.2 addition controls the entire horizontal screen with multi-angle pizza box trajectories. His party dance mechanic charges unblockable corporate telephone supers while safely maintaining distance.
Colossal 1150 HP health bar with 1-hit super armor on heavy grabs. Deals 40% damage with his 360° Fire Escape Window Slam and recovers recoverable chip health using refrigerator sandwich snacks.
Baton boomerang creates projectile traps, and his "FREEZE!" command grab arrests opponent mobility. Equipped with a terrifying 5-input Raging Demon style super that leads into hard knockdowns.
High-speed evasive dashes and sharp stiletto dive kicks allow Gina to escape corner pressure effortlessly. Excellent neutral pokes with briefcase slashes.
High-impact verbal stun roasts and active parries. Shines brightest as a secondary sidekick assist due to her rapid recharge meter and dual super synergies.
Deals massive physical damage with briefcase strikes, but suffers from slower startup frames and predictable jump arcs.
Hilarious trip hitboxes and rolling bowling balls create chaotic neutral moments, but lacks consistent damage conversions against high-tier rushdown.
Incredible voice barks and stylish gold cane sweeps, but long recovery animations leave him vulnerable to whiff punishes from agile rushdown fighters.
Tossing random street items like tube socks and waffle toasters deals good chip damage, but RNG randomness prevents reliable tournament consistency.
WHY IS SHENENEH S+ TIER?
In high-level competitive play, Sheneneh's 4-frame jab beats almost every normal in neutral. Combined with her Salon Sisters assist (Keylolo & Bonquisha) providing up to 24 frames of block advantage, opponents are forced into 50/50 mixups between her low slide and overhead salon jump kicks. While Trey2k23 added pushback scaling in v13.2 to prevent infinite wall-bounces, her corner carry remains unmatched.
